Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
Please note: Shipping times are estimated and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Moon & Skin is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. You can also reach out to us at hello@moonandskin.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
