✨ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Purchased directly from moonandskin.com
At least half full (we want you to try the product — just not use the whole thing)
Note: We do not accept returns on items marked as final sale or free gifts.

Your order number
The product(s) you’d like to return
A quick note on why it didn’t work out (so we can keep improving)
We’ll send you a prepaid return label and next steps.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you'd prefer store credit, just let us know.
